VAN VOORDEN SIRIUS R2-DTS Radial Arm Router; This machine is meant for drilling, milling, grinding and polishing workpieces of natural stone. General Specs and Operation: Machine consists of a steel column with two arm sections which hinge with respect to eachother. The foremost section is equipped with the milling unit. The milling motor has a steplessly regulable RPM and can make a reciprocal stroke. Rise-and-fall movement. A wooden template is used while milling. For milling out holes (inside contours), the template can be scanned automatically, provided the shape of the template allows this. The workpiece is placed and clamped on a milling table. Automatically follows sink template to cut a sink out. Many sink templates are included.
