The TOP CUT 500 its a bridge saw, completely constructed in cast iron, the axis move on linear guideways, by brushless motors on high precision racks, the movement is very precise and the the structure is very rigid. The standard machine has 3 interpolated axis, the machine does all the normal bridge saw cuts with the blade, the table is manual but it can be locked at any degree. The machine can also combine DXF to work 3D shapes with the blade on the surface and on the edge of stones. The tilting of the blade motor is manual but controlled by logic, this mean that the axis move interpolated depending on the tilting angle. The machine is supplied with a mountable finger bit head, this head allow the machine to cut complex shapes from DXF files.
